BOAT's ATLS Trigger for Level Crossing mode only working 1 direction on double track

For TS12, it did work in TS10, not sure if still does

I've set up Boat's ATLS Triggers correctly for the level crossing mode, for a double track crossing, but closing and opening the gates only work in one direction. The other direction, a train (tram in this case) closes the gates (& closes them too early), but once across the gates remain down.

I've tried various settings with the triggers, to make sure, but no matter how I set them up, the gates still remain down after the train or tram crosses. I tried to add an extra traffic stopper, and slave as well, but that doesn't work either.

Have I solved this? Not sure, but it did work twice when I had them as part of the session & not the route.
I didn't name Boat's items, except just for the channel number.

Let's test that in route mode.

Boat has a tutorial somewhere. http://www.boatztrainz.co.uk/ I think.
I know I had to name everything according to the tutorial. I was able to adjust the distances of open and close triggers so I can shunt and leave wagons close to a crossing and still have the gates stay open for cars. It does take a little study to get it right but is well worth the effort. I keep all the trackwork stuff on the route layer and I suspect that the boat rules could fail if spread over multiple layers.
Boats rules are extremely useful.

Suggest you check each trigger is set on the track and not attached to some other object like the crossing asset if used. Double check that each trigger is set the same for either 2 or 4 trigger operation.

I got one rail crossing to work as stated, but not another crossing set up in the exact same way (but double gates instead)
