BNSF SD70MAC's coming off roaster

Hello, I have came to ask why BNSF SD70MAC's are all the suddenly being taken off the roaster and put into deadlines/local service? They weren't booming a few months back, but they were still somewhat active, why has it randomly stopped? some answers would be nice! thanks!

They've been getting weeded out since 2020 when the Coronavirus Pandemic hit. They are all pushing 30 years of service and BNSF wants to either rebuild their GEs or buy new ones to replace their aging EMD or GE units. For at least one decade now BNSF has been purging their roster of the SD70MAC. Besides this topic is more suited for the Prototype Subthread anyhow.

You take them of the roaster when they are finished cooking. You don't want them to burn.
