BNSF Clovis Sub

Get them ATSF skins outa Kentucky Roymac - great screens!! I have em all figured except the third, I'm gonna have to load up the route to work out exactly where it is! :)

Way across the other side of the country, this is Duran NM...

I don't usually post 'tarted up' shots in this thread, but I really liked this one. The grass is eye-candy and the SD70M is payware, but everything else is part of the route....

Andy ;)

Doh - SD60M, not 70 - Thanks Bill!

Not a problem for me if you tart up screenshots for your own work. Thanks for sharing shots of your wonderful route.

:Y:

should do, at least in 'compatability' mode...

Well I just downloaded 12 items and only 5 of them work in TS2009. Various problems ranging from incomplete content (mostly unable to locate Kuid's) to other errors and faults

By the way, the screens of your route are dynamite.

Wandering off topic here, but everything for Frank's content is on his site or the DLS. You have to check his download page carefully for small text links to hornsounds and other dependencies.

Thanks for the screenies comment :)

If I downloaded anything from this site, will it work in TS2009?

I'm sorry young man, but, I 'aint got TS2009 personally, so I cannot help you.

To be honest, I've downloaded absolutely everything that appears on SP_OR_BUST'S website as he is an exceptionally talented creator, and nearly all the dependencies you may need for one class of locomotive are included within some of the packs that you download. If you get everything, you won't be missing very much and everything is worth obtaining anyway......

Dermmy,The route is looking awesome, but in your last picture, with the SD60M, what is that orange box around the numbers? Is that supposed to be like that or a graphics defect?Other than that, the picture looks amazing! Keep it up,Steveo241

Stevo the SD60-M contains six (or sven?) skins, some of which are patched ans some not, the 'orange box' is fresh paint over the older faded paint.

Nearly finished the south end of the UP Tucumcari line, then back to Vaughn...

Keep the the good work Dermmy. Keeps getting better.

Steve, the patch occurs when a railroad is bought by another. In this case, since UP's color is yellow/orange, it "patches" the SP locomotive with a new running number. This is cheaper than repainting the entire locomotive, and gives railfans like us chance to still see locomotives of a fallen flag.

Cheerio,
Nicholas.

Not the sexiest screenshot I ever composed, but it does represent a milestone of sorts - the portals are the southern end of that portion of the Union Pacific Tucumcari Line which is modelled on the route. The longest run possible on C2 will be an extremely unlikely routing from the southern UP Portals up to the junction at Vaughn, reverse the train at Vaughn and thence to the BNSF California Portals west of Belen. Any real train would simply run El Paso - Belen direct but what the heck, this is all just pretend anyway! I ran the full route and (Doh) didn't have an odometer running, but with just one train on the route (therefore no signal hold-ups) the run took exactly three hours with the AI driving at track speed the whole way. With a bit of traffic congestion the run could easily take four hours, maybe longer. And that's my sort of Trainz route :-)

Back to Vaughn and working on the north part of the UP line. This end is only a couple of miles.

Two Jointed Rail Safetran cantilever signal gantries blended to cover a wider span....
