It depends on sharing method. Someone always finds out about things like that, especially if it's on the Download Station or on the forums.

Ok i just changed the horn on jointedrail sd70ace #1067 to the bnsf k5lla from hornz.yolasite.com for my own use

thats not what he meant, you can do that anyway lots of people do that, thats why the horns are for the public
