Blue Comet Add on.

That photo envokes an old time feeling, that you can almost feel, taste and smell...Ahhh the smell of coal smoke in the morning ! Can you imagine an era when passenger steam trains like that were common place ?

I need a greasy old, crud incoated, 40' rail joint track like that, in Trainz.

I am looking for a Blue Comet steamlined photo...evedently it was not the CNJ to Atlantic City train ?

What streamlined version? From what I have gathered, it is the G3 Pacific that I have posted above. What really gives it away is the mention of the reclassification. Now if only we had a route that we could run it on.

"The Blue Comet addon pack recreates the excitement of this stunning train, with an exquisitely detailed premier representation of the CNJ G3 4-6-2 in Blue Comet livery and a full set of accurately modelled and detailed cars including Baggage, Chair, Combination, Diner and Observation car. The locomotive sports a custom cab interior and is also included as it appeared in it's later days reclassified as P47 class. Extensively researched and steeped in nostalgia, the Blue Comet pack promises to be full of pleasant surprises. "

This comment made me laugh:hehe:. Why would they release a pack for a version of trainz they are going to be cutting off support for:o. It will be for TRS 2009 or TS 2010 EE mostly likely both but who knows for sure. I hope it comes with a lot of cars or something because 25 AUD sounds expensive just for one train consist. Just my opinion tho.

I look forward to the add-on pack myself. I can also see some reskins coming of the locomotive for the Canadian Pacific. The CPR used the G3s on its main line passenger trains, a

Unfortunately I was born just a little too late to remember seeing them in North Station.

To tell you the truth, I am hoping that it will be 2009 compatable, because I am sick of 2010, and I am switching back.

If you looked carefully at my screenshots, you'll see that this is all 100% TS2010. I no longer use any other version.

I'm sure it will work with TS2009 after the SP4 patch comes out.

I have decided that I am going to stick with 2010 because I don't want to start all of my routes over again... even though 2009 ran much better.
