Blank menu screens

Hello All,
just loaded up my copy of trainz I purchased and downloaded off Amazon. Starts right up but at the main menu all the text is missing from the menu options. Everything else shows, the borderline and everything else that is to be visual. Any suggestions?-Thank You-

Try re-downloading and/or install.

Your antivirus must be temporarily turned off when installing, and some have said that creating a New Folder which you name something like: Trainz Game, outside of C/ProgramFiles is the best place to install, so as to avoid the UAC.

Have you tried switching between OpenGL and DirectX modes?

What are your system spec?

What video card?

ATI (AMD) cards require different video settings than NVidia in order to operate properly.
