Black box in consists window

Hi

If I go to quickdrive and want to set out Consists I only see some of them, and they all seems to not have any engine attached!!! Where I belive the engine should be there is only a black box!!! Even some wagons is missing/blackened.

Have something went wrong under installation of the game or what, help please.

Did you by chance install the re-bar load? This is faulty and has caused the empty box issue with loads.

Not shure what you mean by re-bar load, installed a clean digital game just the other day and nothing more. Trying to learn it again, not use trains program since 2006 or so

I've had the problem of the engines being a no show, had to reinstall the game to solve the issue. A product was released not too long ago (rusty rebar) that seems to cause some problems, if you don't yet have it installed, then maybe think twice about it before you do. Other than that I can't provide any more information.

So the recomendation is to reinstall game and hope its no more problem. Boring...

If we are referring to the built in consists most if not all of these do not have engines.

Some of the older assets in particular do not have the correct sized image to show up in the consist list. It also means that in the rolling stock tab in Surveyor there is no image next to the name of the asset, nor is there an image under the driver's picture in game in the list of drivers down the left edge of the screen. For assets that are not built-in an image can be added and referenced in the thumbnails tag requires a bit of effort or you could put up with the blank or black box.

Yes it is a missing icon.tga that a lot of content creators do not make, it is used in at lest 5 places.

A jpg file, size 128x64, listed in the thumbnails container will also be picked up in place of the icon.tga.
