Best Routes

Hello,
I was wondering what some of the best routes for Trainz are, because it is hard digging through the DLS and finding links.

The Modula City route is gorgeous. Good tram ops in a fantasy paradise! Cabon City looks nice too though I have not gotten it yet. Maglev 2006 is pretty different too. Philskene's Port Ogden and North is a large, highly-varied freight route, but the version that came with TS2010 seems buggy and I believe he undid some of the changes Auran did to it.

Correct. Look for "PortOgden&Northern 2a" on the Download Station. It as it was intended before Auran bugged it.

Also the revised DowntownTraction and HarborMaster.

I'm going to have to go with a classic; the Yorkshire routes. When merged, it is truly BEAUTIFUL.

I'm fairly new to trainz but phil's PO&N is really great, the sessions for it are great too and take time to complete. Best part about them is everything you need is on the download station, no searching the earth for missing KUIDS

I downloaded Phil`s PO&N 2a for trs2006 but no sessions came with it. I looked on the dls and couldn`t find any. How do I get them? Also, what route are the above pics from, PO&N 2a or industrail 3a?

The sessions - Work In Progress. There will be a batch of nine "soon". These will be the ones that came built-in to TS2010 but have been revised to work with my latest release of PO&N, v2a.

The bad news is that these will only be for '09 and '10.

If you are using an earlier version of Trainz and want sessions for PO&N, you will need to use v1 of the route. There are heaps of sessions for that. Use "philskene" as the author when searching.

IndustRail 3a. Again sessions are WIP. And again there are many sessions for earlier versions.
