Best Leawo Screen Recorder settings?

Would like to start filming in Trainz 09 but would like to know the best settings for Leawo Screen Recorder for game filming as the game sometimes lags while filming with the current settings.

UPDATE

Seems to be the in-game cameras which are causing the problem. Tried filming without using the in-game cameras and it seemed better.
