Best graphics setting help?

Can someone please help me set up trainz for the best graphics settings? I am having and issue with figuring out what settings each should be at since they are different than a normal game. I finally decided to ask here. I will tell you the settings that I currently have, so that you can tell me how to improve them. Thanks.

Display on highest resolution 32 bit. (this is the easy part)
All sliders to the right except fog. (once again easy.)

Now comes the part that I am having trouble with.
Texturing: The cache is at 32. Should I increase this at all? What does it do?
Verticle sync, and frequency are on Auto. Should I do anything with these?
And the only thing selected in Misc is shadows.

Also, because I was commiting content in 09, i am going off of the settings for 06, if there are any new options in 09, could you please let me know them too, because the launcher doesn't work when CMP is open.

Hi jb,

The questions you asked depend on your machine's power (ram Etc.) and your graphic card. As a rough guide (because I don't know either) set both the cache and the frequency to the max your system will allow. The default frequency when set to Auto is usually the frequ;; used on your opening screen when booting up your computer (desktop). This is usually around 60, again depending on your system.
If you can send more details, other users, and myself can be more precise

I have 2Gigs of ram. (2 one gig cards)
An AMD Turion X2 Mobile Technology TL-56
-it says that I have 2 under the processors tab By the way.
And my Graphics card is an nvidia GeForce Go 7600
