Best available high/highest end graphics cards for Trainz?

Currently considering upgrading my graphics card. (A bit bummed out on continuing issues with my current AMD card.) I know little to nothing about them though. I’d be installing it in a Framework 16 laptop, so can be swapped out. Air cooled, but really strong air cooling, creates a tiny breeze coming out. 64 GB RAM, current memory has about 3.5 TB free. What would be the best graphics cards available as far as Trainz goes under these circumstances? (TANE is my main version, but I also have trs2019 installed.)

But unfortunately it isn't an option on the "Framework 16 laptop". It's a very nice GPU though.

I think my approach would be start with that GPU and build something round it. Laptops are always going to have heat problems with high end GPUs.

I'd never heard of Framework computers until now. Their stance of making everything user replaceable is intriguing.

The PCMag review of the 2025 16" laptop claims that:

"The removable Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 GPU attachment option, which replaces the expansion bay shell, is available for any pre-built configuration for an additional $650."

But in the same article they mention a cost of $699 for the upgrade.

So that might represent the best GPU available for that laptop. I did not examine what other options they might offer.
