Ben's 2-8-2s and 2-10-0s Not Running

Hey guys,

I have downloaded all of Ben's standard gauge steam locos off his site and the 2-8-2s and 2-10-0s I downloaded won't run, meaning they won't take off :'( . They will not run in either Cab or DCC mode. Anybody know how to fix this ? I'm sorry if this is a stupid question in advance.

I don't see any need to be sorry. Strange stuff happens sometimes. What version are you running first off? And have you tried re-downloading the engines to see if they work correctly when reinstalled?

I looked at enginespec blwh282engine,<kuid:96914:51488> that is used on:
Baldwin heavy 2-8-2H,<kuid:96914:4880>
Baldwin heavy 2-8-2M,<kuid:96914:4882>
These 2 locos are very slow to start in DCC but work fairly good in CAB. The accel parameter in the Motor container is only set to 750. Increased it to 4500 and DCC is much better. Rather that mess with the enginespecs used on:
Baldwin light 2-8-2,<kuid:96914:4820>
Baldwin 2-10-0M,<kuid:96914:4872>
I changed the enginespecs on these two to also be the edited blwh282engine,<kuid:96914:51488>
Now all 4 locos have the same enginespec. The all drive good in DCC and all but Baldwin 2-10-0M,<kuid:96914:4872> drive good in CAB. Why the 2-10-0M is behaving different in CAB mode is a mystery to me.

You could try in surveyor setting the coal, water, and sand too full.

I have had a problem with a few diesel's, and setting the fuel and sand to full seams to fix this.

If it doesn't work, then you can mess with the config files.
