BE STRAIL LCR

:D Hello Trainz users;

I have sort of a doubt in regards the BE STRAIL LCR and I believe the suppose to go with the level crossings.

I'm not sure which level crossings but I just wanted to know if any of you guys know how to place the BE STRAIL on level crossings. Maybe on either
grade crossings, or any other type of level crossings, or maybe you guys can tell me how to also place the BE STRAIL LCR road 3m-30d (Flexible roadface type STRAIL for level crossings).

By the way, this is for the TC/Trainz Simulator 2007

Anyway,, please do leave me a reply as soon as possible here in the Trainz forums.

Thanks and may GOD Bless trainz forums and users

Sincerely;

Hi Mario,

With over 300,000 assets at our disposal, it is impossible to help you without providing the KUID number. This would be similar to saying that you like Beethoven's piano sonata, of which he wrote 105 of them, counting his works without opus numbers. With the KUID, we can install or check our downloads and then test the asset you are inquiring about.

From the description this sounds like it is track embedded in a street? In order to get this to work, you may need to use this plus some invisible track over the level crossing.

Hello John

I do apologize but for one of the BE STRAIL (flexible roadface type) for level crossings, the kuid No. I had gather is (kuid2:102376:66108:1) or maybe similar kuid No's.

Anyway, I have already install them in the TC 1&2 game's Surveyor but what I'm trying to do is how to set them with either invisible or regular track. Meanwhile, I'll try them with invisible track.

Please, contact me as soon as possible

Thank you and may God bless

Hi Mario,

These are scenery objects it appears. Sorry if this is a dumb and obvious statement!

I placed some track. Then placed the spline parts down, with the center part being in the middle of the track, while the left and right being just as they are. There is a curbing on the left and right and which way they go intuitively tells me to put the granite curb outside. I might be wrong, but that's my hunch. I then attached the scenery objects to the ends which are caps to close off the splines. There are various styles for different configurations.

You might be able to use these as you thought to fill in the middle of a crossing, or perhaps as a walkway along the middle of tracks.

Thank you for getting that information as the KUID helped narrow down the author and asset of which there are a few variations to try.

John
