BD-Fabrika kamen is Faulty and I don't know why

BD-Fabrika kamen, <kuid:1794779:250201> is a dependency for the 'Southern China' included in TS12 that I imported into TRS19 and is faulty for some unknown reason. Here's what the error is:
- <kuid:1794779:250201> VE90: This asset has an invalid KUID user id
Can anybody help me figure out how to solve this? Here's the config file:

<kuid:-26:1279> BD-Fabrika kamen
