The Basic Portal (short & long) fails to create a train the second time the route is run. Different engines same. Different track same. Same several releases ago. I have seen it work in past releases but only infrequently. It appears to be conditional but I have not found the specific error condition. Different trains, routes and track have the same issue - works only once. Reinstall the Portal and only works once. Ran Kickstarter County with the short basic portal and it failed the second and subsequent times a basic portal was used.
