Baseboard Question

OK...I"m sure the answer is "No" but I"ll ask anyway! I"ve been working on my Sunderland route off and on for four years now.In the early days I scaled distance off from a variety of maps and made many mistakes.Its too late to redo everything and I now find that in the Sunderland station area there is a 400 foot section which spoils the area.Deleting a Baseboard would be too much , and the edges are full of high detail."SO" is it possible to A) Alter the Config of an existing baseboard to reduce its width by 400 feet? or B) Construct your own baseboard to a custom size. oe C) Any other suggestions? I can"t simply Copy and Paste anything because its mainly Splines. Thanks in advance...

What your asking for are baseboards with different grids other then the 72 by 72 standard (which has been brought up a goodly number of times). It could be done and could be quite useful if used sparingly but it can only be done by Auran.

Well in the case of the Auran built-in colour light signals I"ve found that I can alter their Configs in Explorer but not CCP.So thats why I thought I"d ask.

The only solution I can think of would be to go back a baseboard or two from the problem area and stretch or compress everything slightly to blend the two sections together. Working by hand with a careful eye, you should be able to fudge it enough that there won't be a visible problem when it's done.
