hiya all

I know i should remember this which folders do i back up in 2010.in other versions it was the local but i remember reading on here that its changed

The 'local' folder for TS2010 is now located in 'UserData' which also contains all your settings etc.

Back up the complete User Data area as the local folder isn't the only folder used anymore. There is also the original folder that contains your assets. Also some assets though they shouldn't have ended up in the trash area.

So to be safe back up the whole User Data area and you have everything that you need.
