A bit of a puzzle with a few of your most excellent assets that do not seem to be on the DLS.
52:37354 FMA road dirt 15m narrow
52:37384 FMA bridge concrete high rail w 8
52:37410 FMA escarpment up
52:37416 FMA sidewall elevating
52:37418 bank's end w 8 D

I use a lot of your assets and decided to base Avalon on them as a lot of it is raised/elevated. I must have got them from your site rather than the DS, although this is unusual for me unless the assets are of very high quality, and that goes without saying in your case.
Cathouse did not seem to be able to find them when he searched your site so perhaps you could kindly point him (or her, just realised that name could be either gender) in the right direction. Maybe you would even send them to the DLS?

Hi Angela, I did what you suggested and lowered the view distance and added full daytime fog and now I can get round your route, and a very nice route it is too.

I don't know why I didn't think of it, since I got this comp I've always had all the sliders maxed out with no trouble and I just forgot about them:o .

I did find one amusing little scene tucked away, see below.

Sorry Roy. Yes, should have looked at that, just wasn't concentrating.

As I seem to be under personal abuse attack again I shall not be posting or replying anymore for a while.
The end result of continual harrassment will mean that if I do not post then there will be no help available for my routes, which is a pity. But needs must, I am but a human and unlike the moron who attacks me I do actually have feelings.

It really is beyond a joke and the powers that be do not seem to be doing anything about it.
Now this disgusting person has resorted to PMs to get at me because he knows that if he posts he'll get banned - yet again!
But I shall just post the PMs for all to see.

I suggest you delete the stall... goodness knows how that got there.
But at least you have it running.

Hi Angela,

Just to write that last night I downloaded Avalon into TRS 2009 (Beta 2).

I didn't appear to have any missing dependencies (after I'd added them all to the Download pane).

On my less-than-powerful PC (i.e. just below minumum recommended specs for 2009) if was really fine in the country using the "normal settings" - just slowed slightly as the loco reached the built-up areas - your normal exquisite detailed modelling - no doubt.

As the Beta's just about to go out of licence, I'm definitely going to create an archive for this route so I can transfer into 2009 when it cones out.

Hello Paul,
I am back, but only a bitsy bit, now and then, just to see what's going on.

I have a new route ready to go up apart from having to wait for Auran to get some assets on the DS that have been in the waiting area for over a week....

And a certain party is attempting a nice wooden shed for me so I'll also wait for that.
The route is in Kent and in deepest, darkest winter. I'll try to get some screenies up soon. But can't send it up until this shed is on the DS.

Just remember it is that certain time of year and Vendel may be away. Try again and wait, sometimes it takes a while for a creator to reply.
I have looked on my PC for the original kuids but I must have installed directly from the site so I am unable to send.
If Vendel doesn't put these up on the DS soon I shall be forced to remove them and not use them in the future because they are, it seems, not the easiest of assets to find. A pity, his assets are extremely good.

Your other option is the 'Remove missing assets' and replace with something else. They will not effect how Avalon runs so it is safe to do so.

Many thanks for putting these assets into a zip, it will help a lot of people.
What I can't work out is how I came by assets off the DS and that I have not downloaded the complete kuid. I get every kuid normally so if a problem crops up, like this one, I can usually send the offending item. But I only have these particular assets of yours as 'installed', which means I do not have or did not download the item, but instead installed it from a site - bad mistake!

Would you consider putting these other items onto the DS? It would help a lot and as all your content is so good (flatter, flatter....ha ha ) it is a shame that people seem to be having problems getting them.
I have been to your 'new' site but found it difficult to work on, sorry about that, but I did. Just food for your thoughts.

That zip file has saved me from having to e-mail vendel for the assets. I quite agree Angela I think vendel should put them on the D/s. He seems to be one of a few creators who will go out of his way to provide links to help other trainzers. Thank-you vendel for for your kind co-operation.:Y: :Y:

I think vendel should TRY to think about to TRY to set up some assets to TRY to upload to DS. I can promise, that vendel will collect himself in Christmas holiday :wave:
 
Hi Angela,

Just dropping by to say I'm really enjoying running Avalon. It's a hoot especially with all those lovely BR blue locos we have now.

Just one question though - have you extensively used the concrete trunking by Great Eastern <125373:4000:4>? I'm running 2006 and it won't allow me to roll back to 125373:4000:3 as suggested earlier up the thread. I will probably delete, but would like to know how much I'm missing first.
