Available Driver Commands - default limited

Hi
Having recently returned to Trainz I am now building a largish layout. When I go to Quick drive to test out some changes to the layout I want to select a number of commands for the driver.
However the available driver commands, by default, have few ticked for choice. I then have to work through the list adding in again the ones I also want included for my testing.
Is there somewhere/someway I can amend that list so that it defaults to my purposes and selection choices, rather than the limited selection that Trainz offers in the first instance.

I had a screenshot ready but it seems that for some reason I can only include an image from a URL (which I don't have).

Many thanks
Mike

Hi Mike

Create a new session for the route, select the additional commands that you want and then save it with a name such as Base Session. When you need to test changes, open the base session and "Save As" to give it a new name before you add drivers etc. This will preserve the base session for future use. Hope I have explained it reasonably clearly.

Brian

Thanks Brian. I'll try your suggestions see how that works out for me.
I still feel that it is a shame that any driver command that exists is not immediately available for use without working through the list first and ticking each one off.

You could add the quick drive v2 rule, if you find when in driver you need another command use that to add it while in session.

Fran - thank you. I was unaware of the quick drive v2 rule and now have it installed.
Brian - The "session" and "saved session" seems to be where my confusion was coming from. I have accessed the Trainz 2006 "Sessions and Rules" PDF to discover what I was doing was amending the route and simply saving the route and session. I was not selecting and editing the session from the route and so whenever I accessed saved sessions it did not show my latest amendments to the route.
Hopefully progress and sanity will be restored.
Thanks for your assistance.
Cheers
Mike
