On a positive note I agree with RR and the one thing I will do tonight is download Ken's route especially when he has gone to the trouble of making sure that all assets are on the DLS and has demonstrated that the faulty assets are easily fixable.

Cascade wasn't calling me out, Blackwatch was. Apparently, in his first post, he was throwing a tantrum because he'd DL'd my Airedale route, at a great cost of time and bandwidth, and found some faulty assets. As others have mentioned in this thread, assets are fixable or they could not have got into the route in the first place. He also had "dozens of missing assets, with no links of where to get them". Well, he just wasn't paying attention - they are all on the DLS. He became quite intemperate (indeed, I suspect from the tone, he may have had the drink taken). I read this, went away to test the DL and when I returned to the forum, Blackwatch and his posts were history - this because some of guys pulled him up about his initial post, and he was escalating the whole sorry business to a flame war. When the bolshy yorkshireman was deleted, Cascade defaulted to the number one post through no fault of his own. I've no idea why Americans got into the firing line and became targats, I must have missed that bit. Don't know if this clears anything up, as I'm a bit confused myself.

What is the purpose of this thread?. I have no idea what you guys are going on about because there is now introduction in the first post.
 
Just took a look at this thread, the mods should have just deleted the whole thing.

I was here from the beginning. That's why I had the question that the entire thread should have been deleted. By deleting the original, and subsequent posts from Blackwatch just made this thread senseless. I know what he posted, but many reading this thread don't have a clue what was said, so they're completely lost.

I'm going to try to get your route downloaded today if I can find time and have a look at it. Thanks for your work.

I sure could go for a Cardinal, or a big fat Bluejay right now, Ya know, those budgies are mighty quick on the wing ... My aim was a tad off, and I missed, and the brick went through my neighbors Porsche windshield, and smooshed his expensive laptop. Luckily we are quite good friends, and we both managed to knock enough snow off the branches, and scraped enough together to make a cup of snow Kawwwfee. I would call somone, but the phone no longer works, as there is nobody left to call ... except Kenneth ... Attention Kenneth18287, would you like to come over for dinner on Tuesday ... We're having hot wings ?

You should try de-caf snow ... easier on the ol' nerves.

The differece between a Sea Gull, and a Bay Gull ... Bagels have holes in em' !

I don't know what we'll have for dinner ... should Kenneth be a vegitarian.

I could always heat up a #10 can of baked beans, bailing wiring it to the exhaust manifold of the Porsche (Cooking time: drive 75 mph, for 35 min, at 350 F).

Last week I UPS'd a few boxes of the white fluff to my deprived relatives in the Orlando area.
Can't wait 'till April. That's when them Big Black Crows come to roost. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, yum!
