I really think your best bet is the Helpdesk, where you can open a support ticket. Problems with an individual order are best handled there, instead of the forums. Mark the ticket urgent and provide them with all the details of your order (date, number, etc.). In my experience, they have been very quick to respond.
 
I don't believe that. NONE reply and email since two weeks from helpdesk. Yes I talked to Zec Murphy last monday. Auran "Shipping pending" is SUCK!. If still pass Sept 3th. REFUND back to me NOW!!!!!

it could be stuck in customs,,,, if that the problem auraun can't do anything about that.

Auran should be information email make sure about delay or something wrong DOES NOT later than monthly.... UNDERSTAND!!!!

Does matter to me. There have plently stocks or what? Auran suppose be information with email. I don't want to longer than my ordered from payal paid already then too longer none information since. That's rude!!!!

this is why i get digital download ,,because i cant wait ,and dont wont to risk stuff ups. could you change your order to digital download and then you can get it now.This needs to be sorted out Zec ,it dosent look good for Auran at all.maybe a free digital download and send him the boxed game as well.

Not true. I'm not foooooool... And I'm very seriuos.. Because Auran took my bank when I ordered it last Aug. 3th and I haven't recieve reply from email. I recieved email from Paypal. NONE reply to me since.I already sent to helpdesk NONE reply since couple weeks. I"M NOT DUMB.... Please stop insult to me OK!

Ignore the trolls, it's what they do, two pages of people answering a thread not aimed at them. Me included now:)

It is a weekend and I'm sure Zec will reply, he is good about getting on things when he knows about them. No need to defend yourself but you may need to wait until the crew is in the office.

hey leave nickelplateroad aloan, if we had orderd it on the dates he has stated both you and i would be p ssed off as well,it easy to call some one troll on a computer screen grow up , nickelplateroad has a fair complaint,
