I keep getting a box that pops up and says access violation at address 7C91F9E in module 'ntdll.dll. write of address 004054F9
Anyone have an idea as to what this is about and how to fix it,I have tried to uninstall and reinstall it, still does not show up in 09'.

The program works despite this error so you might just want to start at the begining of that FAQs thread for help on how to install it.

Thank you, I see I am not alone, sad thing is it worked great for several weeks, then the other day it just screwed up, and no it is not working for me even after several uninstalls and reinstalls.

I've been using it for a while now and knock on wood haven't had any issues. I just installed it under Windows 7 64-bit with no special treatment. About the only warning labels or pop-ups that I get are once telling me there are multiple config Files if I have a Cloned asset open.

Other than that it's worked as advertised…

I too get the error - 12 times when I open it - I see that others get only 11 so maybe I'm special. 8-( But it does work fine after that. Click ok to each error message and it eventually starts for me. I don't know for sure if I have the MS update that Andi refers to in the above thread but I should have everything that comes with the auto update service. I'm on win XP sp3 by the way.

I do not get it 12 times at the start, but I have a hard time getting rid of it and now I have to start it from my desk top.
I too am using XP PRO sp3, it is just so weird it was working great for weeks right from the CM, well I did find out it is still working so it's not the end of the world.
