Asset repair questions

Hi guys, please help me clear my mind.

When an asset is reported as 1) having unknown or missing dependencies and 2 ) errors like 'tag x is not allow in container Y' , and 3) the build number is below what is specified for that asset :- does it matter which fault is corrected first or does it have to be done in a specific order .

Solution for problem 1: Use Right-click > View Dependencies.
Solution for problem 2: Open the asset in Explorer, open the config.txt file, then delete the mentioned lines.
Solution for problem 3: If it's related to the 'trainz-build below 2.7 is not supported', this is only a warning and can be ignored.

Thanks Shane, but I need to know too if it can affect the asset negatively if one does not fix the faults in a specific order for example if I fix the easy part first (red exclamation marks) by deleting the mentioned lines, would it affect the outcome after installing the unknown or missing dependency ?

It may do, but usually the red ! part only affects that particular asset (or ones that depend on said asset), rather than it's dependencies.

Changing the trainz-build sometimes changes the errors listed. The errorchecks performed are different for different trainz-builds.
