Asset Missing. KUID Finder can't locate Coal Country

kuid:371377:100776 author knifeswitch. I also have several red boxes but Delete Missing Assets does not delete them. The KUID finder has zero results.
I had Coal Country ok in TS19 but one of the updates did it bad....:'( It probably is not officially TS19 but neither is it unofficial.
