Please ensure that you have registered Trainz in your MyTrainz account.
For versions of TANE, and TMR17, purchased through the Trainz Store these will be automatically registered to the account they were purchased through.
For the Steam and Mac AppStore editions of TANE and TMR17, this is done by simply entering your username and password into the Trainz Settings.
For other versions, you will need to register your serial number in your MyTrainz account at https://www.auran.com/planetauran/portal.php (click on Serial Numbers to access the registration page).
