Tony, you keep on trying to get us to do your work for you 
(i) - Get Trainz Now - Will be the chance to get TS12 or Mac Trainz. No much incentive to most of us here, but interesting for those new to Trainz
(ii) - The $64K question - no, don't ask $64K. Exclusive beta and pre-beta testing carries a premium normally, so I'd say $30 for T2, another $15 for beta, another $15 for pre-beta giving $60.
(iii) - Before, Fireman (or whatever is PC) with the pre-beta knocked off for $45, after, dispatcher, well work it out yourself.
I'm probably way out on all of this.

Btw, I am already reworking some tier names since PC_Ace has excelled with his list (e.g. Commuter sounds so much better than Passenger for Tier 1)
