ARN Stops Working When Asset Is Cloned

So I cloned "B&O 55 Ton Hopper Original", (kuid2:156765:100050:1) by simulatortrain, for me to reskin. After I changed the main body skin and the asset name I submitted it and cleared then I go to put it down in Surveyor and it does not load with any running numbers. I can still edit its running number but it doesn't load a random one when spawned. So after thinking on it I tried cloning the OG asset again and do no changes then submit. It had the same problem, no running numbers on spawning but can edited manually. I have tried to find anyone else that may have had this issue but doesn't seem to be something that has been seen. I know it has to be the asset as I have reskinned 5 other assets from different authors and none of them had this issue.
