Are all links dead for information support dead??

Hi

I have tried 2 links for support, but they just havent gotten me anywhere. They just open a window and nothing.. just a running in circles arrow..
. Been that way since 3 hours now.
I have to find a way to my password, but .......... they are in limbo.

I experience the same thing, seems that the DLS and the support links broke down a couple of hours ago.

Same issue, likely server side, they have their servers in the US if I remember correctly.

Can't log in to the dls or my account.
Keep getting log in failed. Tried help desk, it's gone belly up.
What's going on.

The MyTrainz link in the menu bar above was not working for me for about 40 minutes earlier but is working now.

I would say either some maintenance or a server issue.

Same here. That seems to explain why I wasn't able to log in to my MyTrainz account and forum during that time.

(Edit: as of posting this edit on 2/21/2026 at 11:43pm EST, the server might be down again as I am able to login to the forum, but if I try to login to my MyTrainz account, the page takes forever to load)

(Edit 2: the above seems to be resolved now)
