Well the elevator pays for a track connecting to RailNet, which theoretically RailNet would serve, but seeing as there are only a handful of RailNet moves through town per week, this job is relegated to the town switcher due to it's close proximity to downtown Madison area.
 

a. CP #472 at the west end of Madison double track, blowing for Davis County Rd.

b. Scenic coverage a couple of miles west at the approach to Madison.




 

The Sirbusville local roustabout heads through East End Jct. This 0100 local out of McKinley Yard has finished his orders and
is now returning to home terminal. The sun is rising through the morning misty haze in the Near East Side of East Lewiston.













 

NS 34K accelerates it's loaded oil cans over East End Jct. on the former PRR, by way of McKinley Yard.
34K is headed for East Liberty Terminal on the east coast, via PRR and NYC.




Empty CSX V815 on the former L&N enters interlocking limits at East End Jct. with a surprisingly clean
Dash 8 leader on the point. A Lewiston Public Belt Railway transfer waits for clearance in the distance.






LPBR 3000, 3006 take a scrap gon transfer to Humboldt Yard on the CSX Lewiston Terminal Subdivision.









NS local HLN trundles overhead with a lone GP38-2 and two cars for industries five miles south.






UP vehicle train AGLSGL from Gilman Yard on the CN in Central City to San Gabriel heads southwest
with a patched SP Dash 9 leading.






Operating on the former GM&O, CN M341 from Midway Yard slides into East End Jct, and will meet
northbound UP coal loads in a mile or so.





Coal loads from Grand Elk Mine on the Utah Belt power through East End with a clean BNSF SD70MAC.

The NS Odessa-Morton Steam Special struts into East Lewiston with the 765 leading an SD60E and pullman fare.

This movement hooked onto the GM&O from the NKP at CO Jct a couple of miles northeast of this location.
