I have a questions.

I've heard the horn sound, the high/low sound, on various YouTube videos but what I was wondering about was the details of it.

Just it make just the one sound with a simple button press?

Is it a 2 step handle, step one gives one tone, the other step gives the other?

Does it make the high tone as long as the button/handle/whatever is activated and then make the low tone when released?

You get the picture, I want to know how the horn is operated.

The other question is, does it have a bell? Does it have some other similar appliance, like a special tone as I know some other non-US trains do?

TIA!

Hope someone knows the answers.

I don't know about the TGV but I know that in the Eurostar trains (similar to the TGV) you push the horn away for a high tone and pull towards you for a low tone. On our UK domestic HS1 trains you push forward for loud high, towards you for loud low, to the right for soft high and to the left for soft low. As for the bell, I really do not know.

Ok! That's a step in the right direction. I didn't know the UK trains had a 4 way handle.

That's a problem then, since Trainz only gives you ONE button for the horn....
