I took the advise of afew ppl and here what we did

We locked all file downloads so anyone can download but no new posts are allowed unless made by staff you wont need a membership to download uploading can only be done by a staff member.

You will need a membership to post in any of the non download such as: Train Station, Missing, and News Room. all new accounts will now have to be approved my my self and will be checked often.

these changes are made for reasons voted by all 4 standing staff members and are finale.
Thank you to all throws who enjoy are works and models we will be severing you more.
