Anyone come across this problem with the Re-Rail Portal? (TRS2006)

The problem started yesterday, but I cannot seem to work out why.

What is basically happening is that when I query the portal in Driver it is reporting:

Portal is inactive
Portal is monitoring for derailments.

Also, any trains that do derail do not seem to be being picked up by the portal.

Any ideas?

Yes, the portal is configured, and the portal was working fine until yesterday.
