Anybody know what this is?

I'm hoping there is an engineer or someone on here that knows what this thing is. Its located 1/4 mile west of the Monolith, now called Lehigh, cement plant in Tehachapi Ca..
I'm going to build it for my Tehachapi route, but would like to know what it is.

Well I'll answer my own question. After a little research, its a high wide detector. There are tunnels that start about 5 miles west of this location. That's what I thought it was but wasn't sure.

Thats a better answer than mine, I was going with "a really cheap car wash".

Hot Body detector

to stop the hobos riding on top of the loads
