can anybody tell me which People Has Created Tankers used for oil for Ukrainian and Russian Railroads which I can download in The DLS

In Content Manager, set up a filter that uses Russia and Ukraine as regions.
I think Cistern is what tank cars are called, but I can't remember offhand. Put that in the name field to search for those on the DLS along with location On Download Station set to true.

RZD - Russian Railroads
UZD or UZ - Ukrainian Railroads

Ukrainian and Russian Railroads Tankers not a lot on DLS. For Russian - search in CM for "RZD tank", for Ukrainian - search for "UZ tank".
