Another missing KUID problem

After adding the Portal Dependencies rule to my route in TRS2006 (SP1),saving, then going into CMP, the kuid below seems to be missing. I've looked on Google and the DLS and cannot find it. Any ideas? (Normally, I can find the items, but this one has stumped me)

If you need system specs, they are in my signature. Also, I have the latest video card and DirectX files (I always keep DirectX up to date)
