Clicking on the train number will give the full schedule of the train and shows where and when it's late.

Amtrak has an official one. They move it around a little bit & I can't give you a perm-link to it. But as of posting this, it can be accessed by clicking the "Check Train Status" link/button on this page: https://www.amtrak.com/find-train-bus-stations-train-routes

Additionally there is http://www.amtrakdelays.onlineschedulingsoftware.com/ Which will tell you the on time performance of any given Amtrak train & station.

Although my favorite is the London Underground Live map, which can display the live train information in a visually similar style as seen in the 007 film Skyfall.
