Amtrak shut down... 5.9 Earthquake in Virginia

I live in baltimore so i felt the ground shake. Very unnerving since I've never felt one before. Two buildings are damaged in download Baltimore, City ind Maryland.
 
it was felt here were i live in New York everyone was talking about it. some people said all the Hudson and east river tunnel crossings where closed for a short period until the tremors stopped. Unfortunately i slept through it as i was sleeping at the time. :hehe:

Haven't heard (or felt:hehe:) anything in Oz, but then, I don't listen to/watch the News too much.

One of my best friends who goes to University of Virginia was in class when the quake occured. His facebook post after the quake read something to the effect of: "First week of school, earthquake today and hurricane is on its way... no big deal.":hehe:

Will the DLS or CM still work when this happens?:)

If not, the complaints about N3V servers will increase exponentially.

Additionally, thousands of users may lose their license keys. Oh, the humanity.

We had an Earthquake in Colorado, a 5.8 yesterday, and no one seems to have noticed.

Felt it all the way in Denver, and I was lucky enough to be in Denver at the time

Yea, we felt it over here also (in the Triangle, N. C.). We were sitting on the couch watching the television :p, and then we felt some shaking. :eek:

No damage over here though that I know of; it was not very rough shaking anyway. ;)

First time that I have felt an earthquake, though. :eek:
