You have to buy them from the HP-Trainz website. You can get it along with their Marias Pass Route which costs around 20 dollars.

The Phase IV Amtrak Superliners are available with the HP-Trainz Marias Pass route, which is WORTH IT! I however reskinned the cars into Phase III, and the baggage car is a reskin on the default 2010 ATSF baggage car. The F40's are modified JointedRail F40 payware items, which once again are worth it. I will gladly put the superliner and baggage car skins up for download; I just have to ask permission first. It may be a few weeks though, as I am building a new computer.

oh ok thank you for the heads up though i got the JR Amtrak phase 3 lol they are well worth it I own a bunch of his CSX and BNSF stuff

No problem, all their stuff is worth it. The parts for my computer should be in next week-ish, then I have to try to put it together so I hope it should not take me but a week to get back online. I am going through my Content Manager right now, saving my content and what not. Thankfully this time I remembered ahead of time to do that.
