Regional #67 Swiping through a southern Philadelphian suburb. The AEM7AC was just repaired and a K3LA horn added. This AEM7AC is
was refurbished for the new Presidentail Ltd*. The capstone livery
was to be what the phase IVb on the Northeast Corridor. This train
just left one of the large stations on the NEC, Philadelphia 30th Street
station on its way to Washington DC.

not your sunday drive

I was taking a trip down to LA tootin along in my chevy(oops wrong song, i am listening to charlie daniels as a I type this) but seriously i was taking a trip along the new PA turnpike, when i saw three amtrak trains at once, i had my passenger take over the car, (we did it at a rest stop)

Later that day, things started to turn ugly as i hit construction(thankfully i was the only car on the turnpike that day) and it started raining. once again i saw an AMTRAK train but this time the monongahelaien(fake regional commuter) was flying by at 95 MPH so i was barely able to snap this pic (I would hate to be the construction crew..
