that was for testing high speed trains before the acela, I also saw an acela that was painted up like a coke cola truck, not joking!
there was a german site I found that had that ICE train, the only problem is that I acidently deleted the cars, and now can't find the site again. Oh I should mention what they ha was the DB version not the AMTK one but once one had the DB version it would be a very easy repaint to get an AMTK version.

The whole train was available from a site that requires registration for downloading but I do not known whether it is still open. (The creator of the ICE , "recopolis", left content creation and therefore closed his site and the ICE was available from changing sites in the time following.)
