There is an Amfleet III café car on the DLS. It's Magicland's old one, but it has been brought up to snuff via the DLS cleanup.

No Amfleet I / II Cafe cars in any livery are available to the public. (if we talk about good quality content) there are some in the works...

Amfleet III....you meant II i think.
