I wonder when that will ever happen, cause sometimes if a project has not been worked on or the creator has not given anyone updates then I always assume that he/she has scrapped the project.

You gotta have hope. Not to be too optimistic, but he just released the AEM-7 phase IV. I think he'll release this.
The CTA cars weren't released because the creator lost his acquaintaces to another project.

Oh! Most of the good train stuff out there never gets made or doesn't get released. Why is that? I never make these things. I just reskin them (well, some of it.)

People either become too bored of what they are creating or are forced to not work on it anymore because of some personal issues outside of trainz. Remember that some of us have other things to do besides trainz that are more important....
