Am I missing something? Like content?

I thought 2010EE (which was I thought a renamed 2009 EE) was supposed to be the content edition of trainz, where as 2009 WBE was supposed to mainly be for content creators. (I get that they decided to include surveyor in 2010).

So why are there hardly any routes, zero scenarios, and a handful of 'sessions' built in to this? There was way more out of the box content in WBE.

I'm asking, cuz maybe i've been misinformed...

Thanks,
Joe

In the routes screen on the upper left is a gold star icon. That constrains the list to Favorites. Clik on the star and it turns grey and all the routes that came with 2010EE are available.

No that is the dumbest thing I have ever seen. Now my $40 bucks doesnt' seem as bad.

Why aren't they all visible when the game is open?

I think they wanted you see the new, TS2010-specific routes first, but I agree it was initially a bit confusing. I worked on the theory that there were obviously more routes than that and started clicking things randomly. :)

Thank you. I don't feel like I wasted my money now.

It was the new interface that bit me, and RTFM I guess. I like the new interface...definitely more standard where you select routes and say edit, or just create new ones...rather than having two totally different areas.

Thanks,
Joe
