all of my loco becomes speedy

i dont know why all my locomotives gain speed of 40 km/h on first throttle and on second throttle they gain 90 km/h and on full throttle they reach 340+ speed .this is happening to all diesel electric and steam locomotives
i checked their engine speces but everything is normal
plz help me on this issue in bringing them to normal speed

What version do you have? Usually it would be registered and visible to those on the forum, but it seems yours is either unregistered, or has adopted some type of cloaking strategy to confuse the rest of us...
