Hi once you have placed the track click on the adjust height symbol then left click on the passengers then drag down this will move the track down.
At this stage the passengers may be to low so click on the ?= properties you will now see the properties box.
In here you can adjust the height of the passengers this will not affect the height you have placed the tram stop at.
Please note once you are satisfied you will need to save the session as if you don't the Tram stop will revert back to its original height.
The stop will only stay at this height in the saved session if you need to use it else where on the layout you will need to set it up again to the height you need and re save
