I suggest you change your AIM password.
More like cancel that AIM completely and get a new one, No offense. Sorry, NKP757 was taken, i had it for the longest time, not any more though, hah.
Anyway, have fun, and stay safe. thats not the worst i've seen. I've gotten scammer messages saying that some FBI dude is gonna arrest me for some reason like spitting on a sidewalk. Pointless stuff.

I agree, getting a new AIM profile would probably be better. Contact the site webmasters and have them delete your old profile if you cannot do it yourself.
This has probably been said but ANYONE who gives their bank account details to something like this REALLY don't deserve money. What a lemming if you have given over your bank account details to anything like this and more fool anyone who does so in the future you have been warned SO many times by the govs and the news and the media in general.

Well I would assume they need to go through some form of higher education and obtain a degree.
I mean everyone has their own way of using items like Instant Messengers for personal communication, for business communication I think not.
I think the best way to catch criminals like these is to go the FBI, and have them make a fake account with fake information, and have them try to fool the predator.
What's really bad though is that this recent attack involves deaf people, or those that are assumed deaf. Because the last message before the guy blocked me was "we out to help [deaf people] like yourself". And after I told the guy I wasn't deaf, he quickly went along his way.

It used to be that they needed a Law or Accounting degree. They probably still do.
I would imagine that FBI agents know how to write in legible English with proper sentence structure and proper grammar.
Also, an FBI agent will not refer to himself as "officer." The correct title is Special Agent.
My few (once) run ins with the FBI, they said "Agent XYZ"
Oh if your curious; I work at the Emergency Room as a Valet, and they came in with the US Marshal once.

Edit: I think its a way of determining rank. ie: Agent, Special Agent, Capitan, etc. But thats just an guess.
