Hello

i have a session with AI running many automations, it works good for 7/8 hours then same trains hangs with different items:

- some hang at a Drive to trackmark, all signals ar green, if i stop the train and then set "continue scheduling" the train moves and run
- some hang at "wait for variable", variable is set and all other train with the same wait continue to run, i cannot manage it even deleting wait command

can you help me ?

tks

I have had that occur as well.

Save the session, quit, and reload it. The AI will be back to normal again and carry on.

The problem though on first loading the signals will still show red although their logic is fine then they will "catch up" to where they should be.

As you may see, I don't have TRS19. But it also happens on TANE. It means that the bug is not fixed and it should have. True that saving the session and restarting fixes the bug, but it will come back and gets worse after several saves. At some point is better to start a new session and go on with the joy.

Yup - this has to do with scripting time-outs associated with legacy assets, which accumulate over the hours that your session runs due to older code written before more recent thread management 'tidying up' by N3V devs.
Thank your lucky stars that you can now at least run complex AI sessions for many hours before this situation eventually arises. That was simply not possible in Trainz prior to T:ANE SP1 HF4.

I have noticed also that AI is not reacting when a script command is used. I have a TM before a signal and use the drive to trackmark list command when it reaches that TM. The train while it is waiting to get the TM from the list, still travels forward slowly and past a red signal. It then gets the TM and continues even though it does not have permission to do so.
