After a wooden bridge.

Hello all.


This is something mainly concerning USA Trainzerz. I am going to try and build the railway or railroad that is featured in the game, Red Dead Redemption, one of my favourite games. In the game, there are quite a few long wooden bridges which the train moves along. I have searched the DLS for Bridges in the trestle style, but none are what I'm looking for. I am looking for a large wooden bridge in the standard gauge style. Any help is appreciated.

Could you try and post a picture of what you are looking for? I am sure that will help people to get an idea what bridge you are specificly looking for.

Have you had a look at Sirgibby's trainz site as he has quite a few wooden trestle bridges on his Murchinson layout found here http://www.trainzone.co.nz/index.htm

Closest thing I can think of off the top of my head would be bridge_trestle_std_trs2010 by msgsapper ( kuid2:439337:100557:1 ) Also from what I've seen there's some howe deck truss bridge, wooden pin connected truss, and pony truss as well.

I have the bridge_trestle_std_trs2010 and it just doesn't seem right. Probably just me being picky. I'll see what else I can find.

Search the DLS for username Bendorsey. He's the resident bridge master. If you can't find what you want, shoot him a line with pictures and dimensions and he'll build it. Ben's a great guy!

Bridge number three is not modeled off a real bridge, no one would build one like that.
