Aerotrain AWOL after installation

I downloaded the Aerotrain, installed it to the default location in TS12 (as administrator), and no error messages appeared during the process. Copied and pasted the proper serial number.

However, it does not appear in either Railyard, or CM. When I use the search function in CM, and tick "Installed today"....the is no listing.

I have performed both a quick and an extended data base repair, to no avail.

I am running TS12 Build 48249. Is it possible that the Aerotrain requires the latest fix to Build 49922? This is the only other possibility that occurs to me.

Any help appreciated!

Run the install again click the dot next to the path and browse to the TS12 folder, looks to me as if it's installed somewhere else, default location could be incorrect if you have more than one copy of Trainz.
 
Thanks...but ust tried that, to no avail. The manually selected install path is identical to the default path.

I have only a single TS12 install...no other versions of Trainz on this computer.

It did install the "uninstall" shortcut in the Auran/TS2010 folder, which is the same place the "uninstall" for the Blue Comet resides. No problems at all with the Blue Comet.

"uninstall" shortcuts for the Duchess and PRR add-ons are in the N3V Games/TS12 folder...there are also no problems with them.

Back to beating my head on the wall.

I am beginning to sense a problem...in the Options, the serial number is shown as an invalid CD key. On the website for SN registration, the pull down box does not show the Aerotrain, though all other add-ons are listed.

Ed....Must have missed that post!
Patch now installed...Aerotrain is present. They are well-done models.

I have the patch on a clean install of TS12 49922 and no Aerotrain. The patch was applied automatically after first startup of my reinstall of TS12. AS the poster states below, the install went in fine. Also, the signals on the Mohave Sub are broken again. 10 to 1 says theres an update that is causing these issues. Frustrating really. How could no one catch these issues? I personally do not like having to reinstall my content because of bugs. It's a nightmare and wastes my entire weekend.
