Can an admin or support staff contacted me? I’m trying to message an issue via the customer support button at the bottom of the Forum pages. Customer support page won’t let me log in.

Can contact via the registered email?

Problem

There is a Help Desk button at the top of the page.

Thats part of the problem. I can’t log into the help desk. Obviously I have an account (ie im posting here), but my log in won’t work in many places on this site/forum.

Have you checked your login credentials in TANE itself? Start TANE launcher, click Trainz Settings then click the Internet tab.

If your login details (ID and password) are not shown then enter them.
If they are shown, then re-enter them with the same values (strange I know but this sometimes works).
Exit the Settings and exit TANE launcher.

Then try again.

Go onto the troubleshooter on the Helpdesk site, then select General/Other followed by the cannot log in option. There is advice there on what to do if you can't log into the helpdesk.
